Many people admire Jesus as a great moral teacher, a wise leader, or a compassionate man who helped others. But the Bible reveals that Jesus was far more than just a good man — He was, and is, the Son of God, the Savior of the world.
Jesus did teach love, forgiveness, and truth, but He also claimed divine authority. He forgave sins, healed the sick, raised the dead, and accepted worship — things only God can do.
“I and the Father are one.” — John 10:30
If Jesus were only human, such claims would be blasphemy. But His resurrection proved that every word He spoke was true.
Jesus came to do more than inspire — He came to save. He gave His life on the cross to pay for our sins and rose again to offer eternal life to all who believe in Him.
“For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.” — Luke 19:10
His love and sacrifice show that He wasn’t just a moral example; He was God in human form.
Jesus was indeed a good man — but He was much greater. He was the perfect, sinless Son of God, the only way to eternal life.
“I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” — John 14:6To know Jesus is to know God Himself. He is not only good — He is the Good Shepherd, who laid down His life for us.
